I typically work with a local consultant who has been good over the years, but today I learned that Bud cannot hold a candle in comparison to Diane. She worked through delinking a defunct MS Exchange system from my system, combined multiple contact databases, installed the proper software to link my MS Outlook and Apple systems so they would update calendars, contacts and e-mails on my computer, iPhone and iPad. Just completely superb!
